Pet food production lines mainly use maize, fish powder, meat powder, and some food additive as the main raw materials, through mixing, extruding, roasting, and flavoring to get the final puffed pet food.

Pet food production line has two types, one is a dry type canine food production line, and the other is wet kind meals manufacturing plant, moist kind is equipped with a boiler that can continuously present hot steam.
It may produce all kinds of feeds and meals as manufacturing floating feeds for aqua, catfish, golden fish, shrimp, crab, loach, bullfrog, etc, and pet meals like dog meals, cat food and etc.

1). All pet food equipment is made of stainless steel. The reasonable design, special materials, and good stability.
2). The pet food whole line is fully continuous and automatic, with simple operation and accurate parameter control.
3). Basic pet food formulas will be provided according to your requirements.
4). The pet food shapes and sizes can be varied by changing the mold. The various shape and tastes also meet the different requirements of pets.
5). Packing machine could be supplied to work with the pet food production line (depending on your demand).

Raw materials:
Corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour, fish powder, bone powder, fresh bone and meat paste, etc. Or using the corn feeds, rice feeds, and wheat feeds directly, then grinding. Another nutrient can be added together.
